Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy is based on the minimum legal requirements under Dutch consumer law and applies to all online purchases made through our website.
Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly and unambiguously (for example, by email). You are not required to use a specific format, but your message must include your order details.
Return Period After Withdrawal
After informing us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
Products must be returned to the address provided in our return instructions.
Condition of Returned Products
You may inspect the product during the cooling-off period to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning — in the same way you would in a physical store.
If the product has been used more than necessary for this purpose, we may charge depreciation costs.
We will inform you if a deduction is applied.
Return Costs
The costs of returning the product are your responsibility, unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once we have received your returned product, we will refund all payments made by you for the order, including the original standard shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days.
We may withhold the refund until:

we have received the returned product, or

you provide proof that the product has been shipped back,
whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless another method has been explicitly agreed upon.
Exclusions (If Applicable)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

custom-made or personalised products created according to your specifications

products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken
(If you sell only standard products, you can remove this section.)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.
In such cases, we will provide a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
