Terms of Service
1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. The version displayed on the website at the moment of your purchase applies.
2. Products and Pricing
We do our best to display product information, images, and prices as accurately as possible. All prices include VAT as required under Dutch law.
If an obvious pricing error occurs, we are not obligated to fulfill the order.
3. Ordering and Payment
Your order is final once payment has been completed.
We accept the payment methods listed on our website.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day.
In most cases, delivery takes place the next business day within the Netherlands.
Delivery times are estimations and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
After notifying us of the withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.
During the reflection period, you may handle the product only to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the product is used beyond this, we may charge depreciation.
Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if legally allowed (e.g., customized products). Any applicable exceptions will always be clearly stated on the product page.
6. Returns
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of our error (e.g., defective or incorrect product).
You are responsible for proper packaging to ensure safe return.
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
7. Refunds
We will refund you within 14 days after receiving your return or proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping costs for the original order will be refunded only if the entire order is returned.
8. Warranty
You are entitled to the legal warranty rights applicable in the Netherlands.
This means products must perform as reasonably expected.
If a product is defective or not functioning properly, please contact us.
We will repair, replace, or refund the item according to Dutch consumer law.
9. Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses resulting from misuse of the product.
Our liability will never exceed the total purchase value of the relevant order, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Personal Data
Your personal information is handled in accordance with GDPR requirements and our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved mutually will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
