1. Return & Refund Policy

Return Period (Right of Withdrawal)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason.
After informing us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.

Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been used more extensively, we may charge depreciation costs to reflect any loss in value.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning the item is your responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, receiving the wrong or defective item).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
We may wait to issue the refund until the returned item has been received or until you provide proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions

Products that are custom-made or personalized may be excluded from the right of withdrawal if clearly stated during purchase.

3. Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM (CET) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM or during weekends/holidays are shipped on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Most orders within the Netherlands are delivered the next business day after shipment.
International delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Any customs or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with track & trace. You will receive a tracking link once your package has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages
